The SUTX Side Utility building is designed for strength, durability, and lasting value. Featuring a low-pitched gable roof and a spacious 92-inch interior wall height, it offers both practicality and comfort. The structure is built on sturdy 2"x6" pressure-treated floor joists spaced 16 inches on center, ensuring solid support and long-term performance. A 5/8" tongue-and-groove flooring system adds to the building’s structural integrity, providing a smooth and reliable foundation for a wide range of uses.
This model comes standard with high-quality urethane siding, offering a sleek appearance and superior protection against the elements, with optional metal siding available at an additional cost. All joints are reinforced with truss plates for maximum stability and safety. The SUTX Side Utility includes a 50-year warranty on the siding and a 30-year warranty on the metal roof, giving you confidence that your investment is built to last for decades.

Delivery
J4 wIll Deliver for a separate fee. Charged with Tax, title, license. Typically, delivery fee is $3.50 a loaded mile unless otherwise negotiated.
Warranty
All J4 products have an outstanding warranty through the manufacturer. J4 will help facilitate any warranty issues as needed.
